Can I get a refund if I cancel the booking?

In case of cancellation of the cruise, our conditions impose the following penalties:

• If cancellation occurs up to 5 days before the departure of the cruise you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the cruise;

• If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the cruise departure, you will be refunded 10% of the cost of the cruise;

• In the case of cancellation after this point or in the event of no-show, there will be no refund of the cost of the cruise.
