How do I know if my booking has been successful?
Depending on your chosen method of payment, the system will send you the appropriate instructions by email:
– credit card: at the time of payment, the user will be
transferred to the secure payment system where they will be instructed to enter
their credit card details. Once the transaction is complete, the user will be
returned to the booking system and able to download their ticket, which will
also be sent via email along with useful information on how to reach the
boarding pontoons and how to return to the departure locations.
In the event that the transaction is unsuccessful, please see the email sent by
the system containing a link to try again: if the second attempt is also
unsuccessful, please contact our offices on the following email address info@ilburchiello.it indicating your reservation number
and the problem you encountered.
– bank transfer: the system will send an email indicating the bank details and the time within which to make a payment.
