What can I do if my credit card payment is unsuccessful?

If your credit card transaction is unsuccessful, the system will save your reservation; you will receive an email with instructions for how to retry payment. You can return to the payment screen at the following link https://www.booking-on-line.com/pos/ indicating:

– In the “Booking number box” please enter the booking number of your reservation (the system will send you an email including your booking number in the following format: BOL_*****, with a 5-digit number instead of asterisks);

– your name, surname, email address and amount to pay;

– In the “Comments box” please re-enter the name and surname of the guest and the reservation number (BOL_*****).

Then proceed to click on “Send” to be transferred to the Consorzio Bancario Triveneto website to proceed with the payment by entering your credit card details.
